5.3. The Service Provider is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, “VSBG”).
6.1. As a service provider within the meaning of § 7(1) of the German Digital Services Act (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz, “DDG”), the Service Provider is responsible for its own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, the Service Provider is not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
6.2. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected by the foregoing. Liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of any such legal violations, the Service Provider shall remove the relevant content without undue delay.
7.1. The Platform may contain hyperlinks to external websites of third parties over whose content the Service Provider has no control. The Service Provider therefore cannot assume any liability for such external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.
7.2. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. No illegal content was discernible at the time of linking. A permanent content control of the linked pages, however, is unreasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. Upon becoming aware of any legal violations, the Service Provider shall remove such links without undue delay.
8.1. The content and works created by the Service Provider on these pages are subject to the German Copyright Act (Urheberrechtsgesetz, “UrhG”). The reproduction, editing, distribution, and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the prior written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.
8.2. Insofar as the content on these pages was not created by the Service Provider, the copyrights of third parties are observed and respected. Third-party content is identified as such. Should the Client nonetheless become aware of a copyright infringement, the Service Provider requests a corresponding notification. Upon becoming aware of legal violations, the Service Provider shall remove such content without undue delay.
