We never ask for your name, your university, your supervisor or a matriculation number. Payment and document content live in separate systems that are joined only by a derived order code, so there is no mapping from a payment to a submission anywhere in our systems. A disposable or relay email address is accepted without any reduction in service.

No, and we do not sell one. We give the same tool, the same verdict and the same error rate to a student before submission and to an examiner afterwards - that symmetry is the point, and it is why we can publish an error rate at all. The report marks filler and tired transitions in your own sentences and suggests plainer wording - what a good writing centre would strike anyway; nothing is rewritten for you. If a document is largely machine-written, rewording does not fix that, and we say so instead of selling you a rewrite.
